Roasted Veggie Hash

My fellow photographer friends and I gather for breakfast often. We typically visit our favorite meeting place, The Lowry Uptown.  Their breakfast menu is loaded with too many wonderful plates that make the decision difficult.  This morning I chose the Roasted Veggie Hash.
